NO EXCHANGE, RETURN OR REFUND FOR FITTING ISSUES AND COLOR CHANGE
. As we are a made – to – order brand , we won’t accept any exchange, returns or refunds for fitting issues . So please refer to our size chart before placing your order .
. If you have any concerns with sizing please contact our team through Instagram or WhatsApp , they can guide you to correct size before placing the order.
. We won’t accept any exchange or refunds for colour issues , as there may be slight colour change in the outfit photos because of the camera effects and lights .

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
. We accept the returns , refunds or exchange in case of the damaged products.
. It is mandatory to provide an unboxing video as the proof of the damage. It should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package.
. Upon verification , we will consider your request for an exchange, return or refund within 48 hours of parcel delivery .
